Commissions

This article will explain to the agent how to change and adjust commissions step by step.

1- Commission allocations can be made for any transaction file, the agent must first navigate to the transactions section of NexOne Office.

2- You can now choose the transaction that you wish to modify and click on the yellow pen on the left.

3- Once you have are in the correct file, scroll down to the commission section.

 

From this section, you can choose the amount of money based on a percentage, a fixed rate that each party should receive, or by level.

Please note that any change to the percentage or fixed rate will be displayed in the '' Amount'' boxes on the right.

4- If not already there, add the agent(s) who should receive a commission on this transaction in the agents section.

5- You can add a new agent by clicking on the + Add Agent button or change the percentage of an existing agent by clicking on the yellow pencil next to his/her name.

6 - Both options will allow you to change the commission for each agent involved in the transaction.

After selecting the role of each agent, enter the percentage or amount of commission allocated to that agent. Note that the percentage in this section is based on the number in the previous section. For example, if the seller's commission is 2% and the seller agent is marked at 50%, this is 1% of the total commission.

7- After adding or changing an agent's commission, don't forget to save by clicking on the Save button.

8- If the commission is not automatically adjusted in the agents section after your modifications, click on the recalculate button for the Listing or Selling side

9- Once all changes have been made, save the file by clicking on the save and close button at the top of the page.
