Step 20: Next, you will need to provide a Government issued ID from your client. You will have a choice of ID’s to choose from. All the information asked about the ID needs to be filled.

Step 21: The next step requires you to add a phone number for your client. You can directly enter the phone number without having to press on the “+Add” button

Step 22: The next step requires you to add an email for your client. You can directly enter the email without having to press on the “+Add” button.

Step 23: You will now complete the client’s form by clicking on “Save and Close” on the top of the screen.18: In the electronic document management section, upload the documents required for the listing. Click on Refresh mandatory Documents to see the documents required by your office. Click on +Add Document to upload your documents.

Step 19: You can save you listing kit at anytime and come back to it to complete the information. Once all of the informations and documents are completed, you can submit to your office (Satus: Active submitted to the Admin). Don’t forget to add your MLS number as soon as you have it!
