Emails
This section shows the different emails that have been sent from your system. You can see who sent them, to who they were sent, as well as some key dates (creation, sent date, etc.).
It is also possible to create new emails, send or delete pending emails (not yet sent), and even display them (by adjusting the filter about the date)
SMS
This section shows the list of SMS sent with information such as who sent them, to who and when they were sent.
It is also possible to send SMS from this section
Faxes (available only for administrators)
This section displays the same information as the SMS section
Fax messages can be created from this section as well
