TRANSACTION: The identifier of the transaction as well as the location is indicated by default.

AGENT: The person requesting de the advance. The menu bring you to lines opens a search sectionpage in your contacts.

CASHED DATE: The menu calendar icon allows you to choose a date from the calendar.

CHEQUE DATE: Date inscribed on the cheque . The menu calendar icon allows you to choose a date from the calendar.

REFERENCE NUMBER: Your choice or the cheque number.

CASH RECEIPT AMOUNT: Amount of the payment received.

AMOUNT ALREADY DEPOSITED: No if by cheque or cash. Yes if by electronic transfer.

OFFICE FEES: Fees for the advance as per contract

ADVANCE AMOUNT: This amount calculates by itself is calculated automatically = Amount to be reimbursed to lending institution (amount received + fees)

LENDING INSTITUTION: Organisation that advanced the funds. Make a selection from the drop down menu. If your choice does not appear, you must create it in Modules > Lending Contacts> Lending Institutions > Create .

7. If you wish, you can upload and save your cheque in the ‘'Document Upload’' section

8. Submit cash receipt and return to transaction page.

9. Once you’ve return returned to your transaction, you can see the information in the ‘' Transaction cash receipt’' section, as well as in the Payable and Receivable Commissions Summary section.
