The following changes have been applied to the agents accounts. |
The ability for an agent to overlap a mandatory document as an agent will is no longer be available.
All mandatory documents required by the office will only be authorized once. If an additional document must be submitted, agents can add a new document and leave a remark in the original document file.
Agent’s will only have access to the following tabs.
Refresh Mandatory documents
Save and Close (the option to add new has been removed)
Changing the type or request to required or optional is no longer available to the agent.
