Either Build a new secure key or Copy the Security key displayed on the screen

with mouse, right click and select copy

In your completed* files
Select the file title
Select Individual Forms & Certificates
Select More > Send to NexOne Office
Expand the window for NexOne Office
The documents received from AuthentiSign will be displayed
Select a folder to transfer the documents
Add a new listing folder
Add to a transaction or transaction report folder
