Here are the steps to follow to work around the problem with issue concerning the search filter in NexOne Legacy.
Select When using the search filters to find your file, it is very important that you select the country of as "Canada".
Select You must also select the province in which your file is located.
Enter the street name.
Click Then, enter the property address
Finally, click on search.
