Work Around for Search Filter in NexOne Legacy

We have created this article because of the current problem we have with our search filters.

Our IT department is currently working on the case to solve the problem as soon as possible.

For now, there is a work around that you can follow to access your files.

 

Here are the steps to follow to work around the issue concerning the search filter in NexOne Legacy.

  1. When using the search filters to find your file, it is very important that you select the country as "Canada".

  2. You must also select the province in which your file is located.

  3. Then, enter the property address

  4. Finally, click on search.
