if you select import from my listing : you already have a listing
if you select import from an MLS: the information on centris will automatically go to nexone (it must be an active MLS)First option:
Go to your Buyer Agreement

Click +Create a transaction report.
You will be directed to this page:
By default, we have already added the information of your buyer agreement (point 5)
Do not import; No listing (mostly for exclusive ownership)
Import my Listing ; You also represent the sellers
Import from an MLS; The listing that your customers purchased is still in effect on Centris.
Second option:
Go to; Transaction > Kit Transaction Report

Click on add a transaction report

This page will appear:

Do not import; No listing (mostly for exclusive ownership)
Import my Listing; Use information from one of your listings
Import from an MLS; Only if you represent that the buyers
You must therefore choose an option for your Buyer's Agreement ;
4. Do not import; You do not have a buyer agreement with your customer
5. Choose the buyer agreement that represents your clients.
