This guide will help the agent in the procedure of sending his/her documents from NexOne Office.

1.First, please navigate to the listing/transaction where you uploaded the document.

2.After opening the file, navigate to the EDM section and select email.

3.You can now select the documents you want to include, as well as the method to use to attach the document to your email.

You can also, on that page, select the recipient of the email

Please note, if you use the attachment option, the file will be attached to the email sent. The size of the attached file cannot exceed 20M mb,

Please note, if you use the internet link option, a link will be sent to your customers. There is no maximum for this option.

Once done, you can click on Next.

4.On the next page, you can CC additional people such as the notary, and customize the sending message

5.After applying the desired changes, you can send the email by clicking send and close or save it by clicking save and close.

If you have decided to save and send the document later, you can find the email by following the next steps

1.Navigate to Dashboard and select pending emails

2.You can select the document again in the list by clicking on the yellow pencil.

3.You can edit the message and send it to the appropriate people by clicking the Send and Close button.

4.If you want to see the status of your sent messages, please click on Email Log, located under the EDM section in the file.

The resulting pop-up window displays the messages that were sent, the date and time, and the user's name.
