Send documents by Emails via NexOne Office

This guide will explain to the agent how to send his/her documents from NexOne Office.

 

1.First, navigate to the listing/transaction where you uploaded the document you wish to send. Open it with the pencil. You can also click on the paper clip to access the EDM section directly.

2.After opening the file, navigate to the EDM section and click on Email.

3.You can now select the recipients, the documents you want to include, as well as the method to use to attach the document to your email.

Please note, if you use the attachment option, the file will be attached to the email sent. The size of the attached file cannot exceed 20M mb,

Please note, if you use the internet link option, a link will be sent to your customers. There is no maximum for this option.

Once your selection is completed, click on Next.

 

4.On the next page, you can add recipients and attachments and customize the subject or body of your email.

 

5.After applying the desired changes, you can send the email by clicking Send and Close or save it to send later by clicking Save and Close.

If you have decided to save and send the document later, you can find the email by following the next steps

1.Navigate to the Dashboard and select Pending emails

2.You can open the email again in the list by clicking on the yellow pencil.

3.You can edit the message if necessary and send it by clicking the Send and Close button.

4.If you want to see the status of your sent messages, please click on Email Log, located under the EDM section in the file.

The pop-up window displays the messages that were sent for this file, the date and time, and the user's name.
