Here are the steps to populate data from your form documents directly into your Trade Record sheet. This new feature will save you time as you will only need to enter the information once.

  1. Access your client file and create a transaction or open an existing transaction.

  2. Select Add Document

  3. Select Launch Forms

  4. Once you’ve selected your form (example Listing Agreement), select populate.

  5. Complete property data fields per usual or continue without data. (For this example, I am using continue without data.)

  6. Complete the listing data information, if not already entered.

  7. Once the document is complete, select Save PDF to Transaction.

  8. Select the document(s) you’d like to include in your transaction and select Save Form Data to Trade Record.

  9. Once your selection has been made, click on Save PDF

Your Trade Record Sheet is now complete with the information you have entered.
