Here is the step to follow to view your existing automated task list or to create a new one; Administration > Setup > system Tasks
To create a new automated task you must click on ''create+'' at the top of the page;
Then this page will open;
You must select the new task and then click on next
1.Split Commission Plan Renewal Reminder
This is a task to send an email to agents when their commission split plan renews.
This page will open, you must fill in the required fields;
1.
Recurrence: Daily
Start date: From what date do you want the task to be in effect
End date: If you don't want this task you have to make it inactive and put an end date.
Process time: At what time you want the email to be sent.
Active: yes or no
Immediately send email : yes or no
sender : Select who will be the sender of the email

Letter template: Select the letter template you want to use.
Notification type: Email or SMS
Nb of days before plan renewal: How many days before you want to send the plan
User: Using the arrow and selecting the user move it to the right so that this task is active for this user
Once all required fields are completed, click on ''Save and Close'' your new task ( Split commission plan renewal reminder ) will now be active.
2.Alert email to agents
This is a task to send an email to notify agents of transaction or listing deadlines.
This page will open, you must fill in the required fields;
Recurrence: Daily
Start date: From what date do you want the task to be in effect
End date: If you don't want this task you have to make it inactive and put an end date.
Process time: At what time you want the email to be sent.
Active: yes or no
Immediately send email : yes or no
sender : Select who will be the sender of the email

Recipient: For all brokers or for specific brokers.
Sales conditions: Number of days before completion Due Date: put a number
Sales conditions : Number of days before Due date: put a number
Include conditions where the buyer is represented by another agent: yes or no
Listings: Number of days before expiry date :
Once all required fields are completed, click on ''Save and Close'' your new task ( Alert email to agents ) will now be active.
3.Notifications to active agent for new listings
This is a task to send an email to your agents when they have new listings coming into NexOne.
This page will open, you must fill in the required fields;
Recurrence: Daily
Start date: From what date do you want the task to be in effect
End date: If you don't want this task you have to make it inactive and put an end date.
Process time: At what time you want the email to be sent.
Active: yes or no
Immediately send email : yes or no
sender : Select who will be the sender of the email

Notification type : Email or SMS
Once all required fields are completed, click on ''Save and Close'' your new task ( Notifications to active agent for new listings ) will now be active.
4. Remind agents of missing documents
This task is to send an email to your agents when they are missing mandatory documents in their files.
