You will have to go to the transaction report interface.

Here is the step-by-step process: Transaction > transaction report, then click on create+ to create a new transaction report.

This page will open ;

You must select an option on the Listing side as well as the Buyer Agreement side.

Listing :

  1. Do not import: No listing ( mostly for an exclusive property )

2. Import from my listing: The broker represents the seller

3. Import from an MLS: Listing that is still active under centris but for which you are not the listing agent

Buyer Agreement :

4. Do not import: You do not have a Buyer agreement

5. Import from my buyer agreement: You have a buyer agreement

If you have a buyer agreement and you have entered your clients FINTRAC information into it and you create your transaction report by importing from your buyer agreement the information will follow without it you will have to enter it manually into the transaction report.

Once you have selected your choices on both sides click on ''create+'' at the top of the page.

This page will open, all the listing information is automatically put into the transaction report, if you had a buyer agreement also you would have had all the buyer agreement information including the clients FINTRAC if it is pre-filled.

If you scroll down a bit, you will have to fill in the transaction information. The estimated closing date, sold price/lease commission are required fields.

All other information can be filled in at the time of creation or later.

The next section is for entering the Lawyer/notary's information.

You can select it :

1. from your list

2. from the NexOne directory

3. manually

Next section, Condition, this is where you can add any condition by clicking on ''add+''.

This page will open, then you must fill in the required information;

then do ''save and close''.

Next section, information regarding the "Commission" of agents.

Next section, Agents .

You must add a collaborating agent by clicking on ''add+'';

This page will open, fill in the fields then do ''save and close''

Next section, Clients

It is here that you can add the client Seller and Buyer by clicking on the right icon ;

This page will open, you can select the client using your CRM contact list or enter the information manually and then do ''save and close''.

Next Section, Mortgage Referral

If you have a mortgage referral for this transaction report this is where you will enter the information;

Next section, Notes,

This is where you can put a note or a "pop-up" for any administrator of your agency that will open this transaction report.

Last section, History

It tells you who created the transaction report and who last modified it:
