1: Home Page
-Log in to your NexOne Agent account.
-Click on your Name located at the top-right corner of your screen.
-Click on Account .
2: Profile Tab
-Update account and brokerage information.
-Insert a photo or business card.
-If needed, you are able to change your username and/or password.
IMPORTANT Click Save Profile to ensure that all of your information will is stored.
3: Account Tab
-This tab allows you to change the plan you are subscribed to as well as to update your credit card that NexOne has on file.
-You can change the language and turn on or off the daily digest & NexOne Labs.
4: Address Book Tab
Will show you all of the contacts you have in your account.
Select New Contact to create a new contact record
These are all the contacts you have in your file. When selecting a contact, you can view and edit their information.
5. Email Template
You can use the pre-filled template
Or create a new template
Within your message, you can add specific inserts to automatically populate when sending the email.
(i.e.: Signers first name, signers last name etc….)Select save template or send preview
6: Email Signature Tab
Allows you to save a signature that will be used for all of the emails that will be generated from your NexOne Agent account.
-Type in a signature.
-Click ‘Submit’.
6: Integration Tab
Any integrations or add-ons with your NexOne Agent account will appear here.
