Make sure you understand our system task options: System tasks - Mandatory documents
How to ensure that all newly created folders are included in your automated tasks, and in the important folders tab:
Go to: Administration > Setup > General
In the Listings and Transactions tabs, make sure the following two fields are set to yes.
Listings:
Transactions:
If you don't want your agent to be notified via automated tasks for a particular file, and don't want to see this file in your missing documents via '' ACTION ITEMS ''
Go to the folder's EDM, then under the Mandatory documents tab and uncheck Notification for missing documents.
The procedure is the same for Listing, Buyer Agreement and Transaction files.
