Connecting to NexOne Office

Simply, from your favorite browser, type in the address : https://office.nexone.ca/

A page will appear prompting you to enter your account to log in.

If you are a real estate broker in Quebec where your agency is a member of a Real Estate Board, we suggest that you connect with the Centris Authentication Service. Click on the "Centris Authentication" link. A Centris page will appear and you will only need to enter your Centris member number and password. After authentication, you will be redirected to NexOne Office (GIMMI Web).



You can also log in by entering the following information:

  1. The certificate number of your agency at the OACIQ (see register of members of the OACIQ)
  2. Your username *
  3. Your Password *

*Note: If you do not know your user ID or password, please contact your office administration.
