This function allows the Agent to create and customize his/her own to-do list.

1.Go to Alerts and then click on To Do Tasks

2.It redirects you to the To Do tasks list. on that page, you can click Click on Add a task to add create a new onetask.

Contact: Adding a contact is optional. It lets you know which contact the task is linked to, if it is linked to a contactIf a task relates to a contact, you can link the contact to the task. Click the selection arrowbox in the Contact field, a new window will open. In this new window, enter the name of the contact you are looking for and click on the “Search” button. From the list of names that will appear, select the name you want. The window will disappearcontact.

Assigned to: Adding an assignee is optional. It allows adding a to-do item to a NexOne Office user other than the user adding the task. Click the selection arrow, a new window will open. In this new window, enter the name of the user you are looking for and click on the "Search" button. From the list of names that will appear, select the name you want. The window will disappear.
