This function allows the Agent to create and customize his/her own to-do list.

1.Go to Alerts and click on To Do Tasks

2.It redirects you to the To Do tasks list. Click on Add a task to create a new task.

3.The task profile page will open, fill the fields.

Contact: Adding a contact is optional. If a task relates to a contact, you can link the contact to the task. Click the selection box in the Contact field, a new window will open. In this new window, enter the name of the contact you are looking for and click on the “Search” button. From the list of names that will appear, select the contact.

Assigned to: Adding an assignee is optional. It allows adding a to-do item to a NexOne Office user other than the user adding the task. Click the selection arrow, a new window will open. In this new window, enter the name of the user you are looking for and click on the "Search" button. From the list of names that will appear, select the name you want. The window will disappear.

Task Description: This is a required field. Enter a short title for the task description.

Details: Optional field. Enter the detail of the task if the title does not summarize well.

Start Date: Mandatory value; click on the calendar image to select a date and time or directly enter the date and time in the following format: YYYY MM DD HH24: MI: SS.

End Date: Optional field. Click on the calendar image to select a date and time or directly enter the date and time in the following format: YYYY MM DD HH24: MI: SS.

State: Select, from the drop-down menu, among the following choices:

  • Not yet started

  • In progress

  • Waiting for contact

  • Waiting for me

  • Done

The state can be changed by the creator of the task and by the person to whom the task has been assigned.

Activity visible in the assigned user calendar: Choose whether or not this activity should be visible on the calendar of the person to whom the task is assigned.

Priority: Enter a priority number for the task

% Completed: Enter a completion percentage

Recurrence: Select from the following choices in the drop-down menu.

  • Annual

  • Daily

  • Daily (every x day)

  • Daily (weekdays only)

  • Fix week of month and day of the month

  • Monthly - 1st business day of the month

  • Monthly - 1st day of the month

  • Monthly - last business day of the month

  • Monthly - last day of the month

  • x days every y month

  • Once

  • Weekly

4. Click Save if you want to create another task immediately after. If you just want to save and close the editor, click Save and Close.
