Our latest feature on our NexOne Sign dashboard is the ability to see the delivery status of your email.
We know your time is valuable and your ability to send out your documents to be signed in a timely manner is important. This is why we have implemented into your dashboard the delivery status of your sent out signing sessions.
From here you can visualize the status of the email and quickly rectify any mistakes or resend it via SMS.
Within the Sign Audit, click on ‘'Additional Information’'.
This section holds all the information for real-time delivery.
If one of the following states is listed, refer to the steps below for the solution.
Delivery State | Meaning | Solution |
---|---|---|
Soft Bounce | A soft bounce means that the email address was valid and the email message reached the recipient's mail server. However, common reasons it bounced back include: the mailbox was full (the user is over their quota), the server was down or the message was too large for the recipient's inbox. |

Hard Bounce | A hard bounce is an email that has failed to deliver for permanent reasons, such as the recipient's address is invalid (either because the domain name is incorrect, isn't real, or the recipient is unknown.) |

Queued for delivery | Means that the receiving email handler is processing our emails before it delivers it to the recipients in box. | Add noreply@nexone.ca as a safe sender |
Once your email has been delivered, the recipient will be able to begin the signing process and the fields will be updated along the way.
