Password reset

If you have forgotten your password, you could always reset it from the NexOne Office main page by following these steps.

 

  1. Open your internet browser and enter gimmiweb.com in the address bar

     

  2. This will bring you to our main page. From here click on on “Forgot your password”

     

  3. Here we will ask you for your office code as well as your user code and email

     

  4. After clicking on “Submit” you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Please take note that after several failed attempts your account will be blocked. If this should happen, call our support service to unblock your account.
