Contact setup

Via Contacts > CRM > Setup you have the list of all contact’s categories, classification and source. You have at your disposal a list ''by default'' but you also have the option to add.

Contact's category : When you create a contact you have the opportunity to select a ''contact's category'' using a drop-down menu, if the category you want is not found there it is not created in the configurations.

Source: When you create a contact you have the opportunity to select a ''source'' using a drop-down menu, if the source of the customer you want is not found there it is not created in the configurations.

Classification: When you create a contact you can give him classifications that you check in his profile, if what you want checked is not in the list is that it is not created in the configuration.

To create one of these value groups simply click on "create" at the top of the page:

This page will open and you must select the value group (Contact Category, Source or Classification) the name English, French. then click on "Save and Close";
