Status History

In this article, you will find the steps to display an interactive report of the transaction status history.

 

  1. In your Nexone Office interface, please go to the following section

Reports ≥ Transactions ≥ Status History

 

 

2. Once you have arrived on the report interface, you will see all the transactions with their adress, status and modification date.

 

In order to extract the data from the report you see, it is possible for you to download the data locally. Just click on ‘'Action'' and then ‘'Download locally’' which results from an extraction in CSV.

 

That’s it, you are now able to display all transactions with a balance to pay.
