How to Produce T4A Forms in NexOne Office

Follow these simple steps to generate T4A forms for your agents in NexOne Office:

1. Navigate to the T4A Section:

   • Go to the Accounting module in NexOne Office.

   • Select the T4A option from the menu.

2. Build the T4A Forms:

   • Click on the Build T4A button to start generating the T4A forms.
     
     

     Open

     

   • Review and confirm the data displayed to ensure accuracy.

3. Download the T4A PDFs:

   • Once the forms are built and confirmed, download the PDF files for each agent.

   • Save or distribute the forms as needed.

4. To build a PDF with all the agents' forms for a single download, click on the PDF image and then select Buid a PDF with all documents Merged
