For Admins: What to do When an Agent with the Ability to Log In with their CREA Board Credentials Changes Boards

Some Agents have the ability to log in with their CREA ID Credentials. However, if an Agent changes Boards, the CREA ID must be updated in the Agents Profile.

Please email in to support@nexone.ca in order for us to update the CREA ID found in the Agents Profile Please make a note in the email of the Agents Name, their email they have in the profile and their new CREA ID number

 

 

An example question from an Administrator:

A few REALTORS® changed from Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) to REALTORS Association of South Central Alberta (RASCA) so their USER ID has changed.

What do I need to do so that they can sign on with their new USER ID?
