Add a scanner (agent access)

Before starting, it is important to create your default scanner in your profile.

Please follow the procedure bellow :

  1. Go into your profile by one of the following 2 ways :
    1. By clicking on label "Welcome [Your Name] - [Brokerage Name]" at the top right of your page.
      OR
    2. Under the main Page, by clicking on the shortcut button "My profile".
  2. In your profile, go to the region "Scanners" (or click on the shortcut in the shortcut bar of the regions)
  3. List of your scanners appears. Click on bouton [+] to add a new scanner.
  4. A window opens immediately.
  5. Under field "Name", enter the name of your scanner (ex: Xerox Phaser 6180 MFP-D PS)
  6. Under field "Configuration", enter any details on the scanner ex. Resolution, color or black and white, number of DPIs, etc.

    Example:

    300 dpi - black and white - scan to e-mail - original format - PDF output

  7. Click on the save button to save your scanner

You are now ready to add your documents!
