Here is how to get the report of all active brokers as of ( ex.: October 18, 2022 ) and all months / years before.

1. click on actions > filter

2. column : arrival date

3. operator : <

4. expression : date for which you want the report ( ex.: October 18, 2022 )

click on apply and the report of all active brokers until that date is there.
