Launching Forms in NexOne

Please note that the following steps apply to both listing and transaction files. In the example below, we will be using a transaction as an example.

 

1. After logging into your NexOne Office account (Gimmiweb.com), select the Transactions tab

 

 

2. Select the Transaction where the forms will be added by clicking on the pencil.

or ADD A NEW TRANSACTION REPORT

Make sure at least one client has been added along with their email. (If your client does not have an email address you may enter your own.)

 

3. At the top of the page, select NexOne Forms.

A new window will open

If a new window does not open, you’ll need to allow pop-ups. Allow Pop-ups

 

5. You are now in the Forms Section!!
