Copy Documents
When creating a listing as an agent, it is easy to forget to enter the MLS number that your real estate board administered to you. Once the real estate board sends the information to our platform and the number is not on file, it will automatically create a duplicate listing rather than merging the two together.
If you have already entered your documents in the DMS of your enrollment, you have the option of copying these documents into the active enrollment.

Sending documents from one file to another :
Open the EDM and Signatures page from the left-hand menu and select "Copy Documents."
2. Select the type of file (listing or transaction report) and Select the Folder source (where the documents are located)
3. Select the type of file (listing or transaction report) and Select the Folder recipient (where the documents will be moved)
4. ''Select All" for all documents or select the documents you want to transfer individually.
5. Once you have made your selection, select "Copy" or "Copy and go to the profile."
Copy and go to the profile: opens the profile of the folder recipient and where further changes can be made.
Copy: copy the documents to the destination listing
Note that this option is only available for listings that are active. You can't transfer documents from a Listing Kit to an active Listing.
