How to Transfer from listings and transactions

Step 1: From your Dashboard, select «Documents» on the left side of the screen.

 

Step 2: Select «Document Transfer» from the resulting sub-menu.

 

 

Step 3: Select the «Source type» and proceed to choose the specific source.

You can choose from these three source types.

  • Listing

  • Transaction

  • Transaction Report

 

 

Step 4: Choose the type of action to apply.

You can choose from the following:

  • Move: Delete the documents from the previous source and copy them in the new one.

  • Copy: Create a duplicate version of the documents in the new one.

 

 

Step 5: Select the Target Folder type (i.e listing, transaction or transaction report) and Target Folder (i.e the file).

 

 

Step 6: Select the desired documents by clicking on the check box in the left of the screen.

You can select the magnifying glass to preview each document.

 

 

Step 7: On top of the screen, select «Save and stay on this page».
