ACCES DENIED in MY DOCS for new realtor
Please ensure that the Realtor’s package in the profile is set to EDM/month before trying to access MY DOCS.
When a new Realtor’s profile becomes activated and the package is set to FREE and tries to access MY Docs, the access will be denied and the message will say ' to contact NexOne support'.
If the Realtor was denied access, most likely the Realtor will have to wait until the cache resets which is twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening).
This process can take up to 24 hours to access once enabled
