Here are the steps to follow to access the office roster, all the agents and non-agents in your office.

This page will open :
If the agent has a cell phone number in his profile you will be able to send him a text message by clicking on '' SMS ''.
After clicking on ''SMS'' this page will open and you can type your message and click on send:
