Send note to director

In case you need to send an email to your Agency Manager, here is the way:

Office > Send note to director

Open

This page will open:

By default your email and that of your agency director will be present, you can add other emails in CC or BCC without any problem, then add the subject of your email;

Open

You can then add attachments and the “body” of your message;

Open

Once completed, click Send and Close “at the top of the page”
