To send an email from your NexOne Office account, go to Communication > Email
Create
Select CREATE at the top of the page

Complete the required fields by entering the email or selecting the address book.

To include an attachment, select ADD
Â
Drag and drop files from your computer and select SAVE AND CLOSE
Â
Complete the email body
Â
Once your email is complete and ready to be sent, select SEND AND CLOSE
If you want to send your email at a later time, choose SAVE AND CLOSE. ( Please be advised that this option does not send the email)

SEND PENDING EMAILS

Once you are ready to send out your email.
Go to Communication > Email
Your unsent and sent emails will appear here

Select SEND ALL PENDING EMAILS
This option will send ALL emails.
Â
If you are not ready to have ALL emails sent.
Edit your specific email
Â
Select SEND AND CLOSE
Â
