How to complete a transaction (Quick Guide)

Your transaction is ready to process in NexOne Office and you have received the payments after having sent out your letters to the lawyer/notary or the other brokerage.

You will need to create the cash receipt in the transaction to have the amount available to pay your agents and/or other brokerages

1- Trust Account

If you have received money in the trust account, enter the deposit and the withdrawal to transfer the money in your commission account:

The cash receipt will automatically be created and you will be able to do your disbursments

 

2- Transaction Cash Receipt

If you have received the amount from the lawyer or involved brokerage, enter the cash receipt in the transaction.

You will then be able to do the disbursments

 

Once all the receivable and payable amounts have been received and paid, the transaction will show as Completed.
