File Status

  • Kit Status: The Kit status will not be visible by your office. there are no mandatory fields to fill in, but we strongly suggest you to enter at least the address or the MLS number.

    Note:

The "Kit" status is mostly used when:

    - You need to send an Electronic Signature request.

    - The file is unfinished and you do not want it to be seen by your office. Once your signature request is completed, or when your document is ready, you can change the status to PENDING and allow your office to look at your file. Always make sure to Save under the Note tab.

  • Pending Status: The Pending status should be used when you want to enter your listing with little information. There are no mandatory fields to fill in, but make sure you enter at least the MLS number or the address of the file before you Save in the Note tab. Make sure the MLS number is entered correctly BEFORE the board feed, so that the other fields will be filled automatically when we receive the update from the board feed.

    Note:

Once you select a different status than "KIT" or "PENDING", after saving the changes, you will not be able to go back to "KIT" or "PENDING" statuses.

  • Active Status: The Active status should be selected only if you are entering an Exclusive listing (that will not be on MLS). If not, if you entered the MLS number correctly before the board feed, the status will be updated to active automatically when we receive the update from the board feed.

  • Renewal Status: The Renewal status should be used when the brokerage contract is renewed.

  • Conditional Status: The Conditional status will be changed automatically in NexOne when the listing is set to conditional on MLS and we receive the update from the board feed.

  • Sold Status: The Sold status will be changed automatically in NexOne when the transaction is set to Closed by your office.

  • Expired Status: The Expired status will be set automatically based on the contract's end date that is in NexOne. You will have 48 hours to update the expiry date in NexOne, if not, the listing will be set to Expired and a new listing will be added when we receive the update from the board feed.

  • Suspended Status: The Suspended status will need to be selected when the brokerage contract is suspended before the contract end date.
