Listings Section

The Listings page is where you will find all of your listings. We are connected to Centris and other boards and will automatically receive the listings.

i.e. Nexone receives imports from Centris, three times a day (6 AM, 12 PM and 6 PM).

Each real estate board imports its listings at a different time of the day. Most real estate boards import listings several times a day.

CREATING A NEW LISTING

1. Go to the Listings section, located on the left navigation panel and select Kits

Please note that the folders under the kit status are your personal drafts. They are not visible to your agency until you change to another status.

To modify one of your existing kit listing, click on the yellow pencil and to create a new kit folder, please use the + Add Kit, located at the top left of the page.

2. Click on Add a kit to open the Listing Editor, enter the information of the listing, we recommend putting the MLS number as soon as possible so the system can import the information from the board automatically.

3. After completing the information, click on Save or Save and Close to create your listing kit.
