Upload document to a transaction

First step: Click on EDM & Signatures, then Upload document in a transaction

Once you arrive on this page:

You must complete each section:

  1. Information on the uploaded documents:
    1.Choose the scanner to use if there are no scanners on your document
    2.Choose the default share type for the documents you will add
    3.Click on the icon to search in which listing folder you want to add the documents.
    4.Click if the folder you are looking for is no longer in progress, and return to section 3 for the search.

2. Click and choose the file on your computer you want to add, Drag and Drop

3. Define the type of document.

Only one type of document is allowed per file.

 

Once all steps have been completed, click SAVE AND CLOSE
