Location Tracking

Customers have the option to save their location in the signing session certificate.

 

Usually, the browser will display its own dialog asking for permission to share the location. Click Allow or Share to allow sharing.

You can also choose not to share your location. When you choose this option, a representative dialog box appears. This box can be closed, or click on the link in the middle to be directed to this article for instructions on sharing your position!

How to allow location sharing in internet browsers from your computer.

 

IOS

Mac

1- In the task bar at the bottom of your screen, click the 'System Preferences' icon.

2- Then click on the 'Security and Privacy' tab.

3- Go to the 'Privacy' section.

4- Click on the small lock at the bottom left of the window titled ‘Security and Privacy’ and allow the operation.

5- Disable/Enable Location based on desired status. (You can also choose which apps you want to share your location or not)

Attention: IOS users often tend to use 'Safari' as the default search engine. It is therefore essential to see if the localization is active or not for this application.

 

WINDOWS

Chrome

1- Click the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen

2- Select the ‘Settings’ option

3- Scroll to the bottom of the page

4- Select ‘Site Settings’

5- Click on 'Position'

6- Change the "Request Permission Before You Access" to enable the Location Sharing Permission Request

7- Allow or block websites that request tracking

Firefox

1- Open the menu in Firefox by clicking on the three lines at the top right of the screen

2- Click on 'Options'

3- On the left side of the Options page, select the ‘Privacy and Security’ option

4- Scroll down to the ‘Permissions’ section, select ‘Settings’ vis-à-vis ‘Location’

5- Select the sites you want to share your position with and save the changes

Microsoft Edge

1- Select the three horizontal dots at the top right of the page

2- Click on 'Settings'

2- Go to the 'Cookies and Site Authorization' section

3- Click on 'Location'

4- From there, you should be able to change the authorized or blocked location on our websites.

How to allow location sharing from your phone

IOS

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Service.

Enable the location service (It is also possible to disable location sharing afterwards)

Android

Scan the screen from top to bottom. 

Press and hold Location.

  • If you don’t see this option, go to Settings.

  • From the drop-down menu, press Position and enable access to your position.
