FAQ

The new status operates similarly to the "In Progress" status within NexOne Office. Essentially, it denotes that a certain task or process is ongoing. With this new status, you're not mandated to include specific conditions in NexOne Office as a requirement. However, if needed or preferred, you still have the option to do so.

Yes, your office will have visibility into the same status as you. This ensures transparency and alignment within your team. Regarding conditions added to your transaction report, it's important to note that their inclusion will not automatically change the status to "accepted." The status remains consistent regardless of any conditions added. This allows for clear tracking of progress and ensures that the status accurately reflects the current stage of the transaction.

Once the status has been updated to "accepted," you, as the agent, will no longer have the authority to change it to another status. In the transaction reports dashboard, it will display as "accepted conditional," indicating that acceptance has been acknowledged, but certain conditions may still need to be met. From this point forward, only administrators will have the capability to manage the status. This ensures consistency and accountability within the system, facilitating smoother workflow management and clear delineation of responsibilities.
