  1. To send an SMS to an agent, please go to the ''Communication'' section in the left menu and select ''SMS''.

At first glance, you have a history that allows you to see the old SMS sent.

 

2. Please select “Send SMS” option to get the message creation interface.

 

3. In the message creation interface, several manipulations are required in order to send an SMS successfully.

  • From the list of agents, please select the person to whom you want to send the message and select the arrows to send the recipient to the other table and thus confirm the people who will receive the message. (1 and 2)

  • Enter your message in the table for this purpose (3)

  • Send your message by selecting the ''Send'' button (4)

That's it, you are now able to send an SMS message to the agent of your choice.
