Document validation

Give access to employees for document validation.

Step 1:

Select "Administration" from the left menu.

Step 2:

Select Setup from the submenu

 

Step 3:

Select EDM (electronic document manager)

 

Step 4:

Select document validation

 

Step 5:

Select the user you want to give access to by clicking on the yellow pencil next to their name.

If the user is not in the list, select "Add a user" at the top of the page. Make sure that the module and the user are completed.

Step 6:

Select the module you want to authorize the user to validate.

Step 7:

Save and close and the user will have commit permission
