How to create a new branch (new office)

You now have a new office that you want to separate from the main (head) office.

Here are the steps to follow

Step 1 - Go to Branches in NexOne

Step 2 - Create the branch

Step 3 - Add information for the new branch

(Québec only) If you have a different Centris code for the new branch, you can add it.

Step 4 - Also you will add a director and an administrative assistant

Step 5 - Headers and footers

If you want to send Letters, Invoices or Statement of account for the broker add to this branch, You must put headers and footers

Step 6 - Tax Numbers

Add the same tax number as the main branch

If you do not add the tax numbers they will not appear on the invoices sent to the agents associated with this branch

To finalize all, - Select Save and Close
