Manager your broker accounts

In this article you will learn :

  • Find the list of agency users

  • Create a new user profile

  • Change a user’s password

 

1. Find the list of agency users

By going to Administration > Security > Users you will have the list of all the users of the agency.

 

2. Create a new user profile

 

By clicking the yellow pencil, you will be able to access a user’s profile.

 

3. User profile

  • User Code

  • If the profile is Active or not

  • In which user group the person is located

  • User Type

  • Name of the agent

Please note : The User Group and User Type are mandatory elements.

13. Credit Cards

When adding a credit card, several things are required.

 

History tab : In this section, it will be possible for you to know the name of the person who created the registration and the name of the person who modified the file recently.

 

 

3. Change a user’s password

By clicking on the Yellow Pencil, it will be possible for you to access a user’s profile.
