In this section, you can copy a previous set of mandatory documents and customize it according to your current needs. The process involves two main parts: Choosing the Source Type and File Type and then configuring the Destination Type and File Type to suit your current requirements.

Step 1: Choosing your Source Type and File Type

This determines the origin of the document set you wish to copy.

• Select the following;

  • Document Type (Listing or Transaction)

  • Transaction Type:

    • Buyer Agreement

    • Lease

    • Mortgage Loan secured by Real Estate Equity

    • Multiple Rentals

    • Sale of Property

    • Sale or Lease

    • Trade

  • Property Style

  • Condominium Type *
    If not applicable leave it set to all but it will have no impact

Step 2: Setting the Destination Type and File Type

Once the Source Type and File Type have been defined, the next part of the process involves configuring the Destination Type and File Type.

• Select the following;

  • Document Type (Listing or Transaction)

  • Transaction Type:

    • Buyer Agreement

    • Lease

    • Mortgage Loan secured by Real Estate Equity

    • Multiple Rentals

    • Sale of Property

    • Sale or Lease

    • Trade

  • Property Style

  • Condominium Type *
    If not applicable leave it set to all but it will have no impact

At the bottom of the page you will see all the documents in the source type file selected in the
Source context documents that will be copied to the destination File type upon saving
