Activating the electronic signature in NexOne Office

 

Step 1: On the NexOne Office Dashboard, navigate to your user profile page, located on to top right of the page and select «Profile - Name».

 

 

Step 2: From the subsequent section, select the «Account Validation» tab from the top bar.

 

 

Step 3: Enter your e-mail address and select the «Send a Verification»

 

 

Step 4: Go to your email address inbox and verify your messages. Look for the email with the subject «NexoneSign Email verification».

 

Step 5: To confirm your email verification process, click on the highlighted sentence in the email.

If you cannot find the verification message, please search for noreply@gimmiweb.com as the sender.

 

 

 

 

Once the provided address is successfully activated, you will be notified from NexOne Office’s application interface.
