Accessing the Knowledge base

As a NexOne user, you have access to a library of articles and videos that will help you navigate and use the platform to its full potential.

This library is called the Knowledge Base and you can access it by following these steps:

  1. Once logged in to your account, click on your name at the top right of the screen

     

  2. In the displayed menu, choose Support

     

  3. Welcome to the Knowledge Base

 

On this page, you can browse by topics

  • You can navigate through the main page by clicking directly on the article links

     

  • Or navigate using the menu on the left
