Workaround NexOne Sign

If you are experiencing issues when trying to accept NexOne’s Terms of Services for signing session, please follow the steps below for your mobile device.

 

Iphone

Change the landscape to rotate;

  • Swipe down the top of your screen and turn on rotation

     

  • Then rotate your phone to the side

     

Android:

If you are using a Samsung;

  • In your browser settings of the signing session, click on the 3 dots

     

  • Then select desktop version

     

If the problem persists, please use a computer.
