Resubmit an EFT Withdrawal

As an administrator, it is now possible to resubmit a withdrawal by EFT if rejected by the bank.

 

  1. Administration > Special Functions > Listings and transactions

     

  2. Resubmit an EFT

     

  3. Complete the required fields:

    • Operation Type > Withdrawal

    • Batch Number

    • Transaction

    • Reason

    • New Account

       

  4. Once the fields are complete, Submit

     

A message will appear. Select OK to continue or Cancel

 

The withdrawal is now returned to your account to be re-submitted

 

Complete
