How To Personalize your NexOne Sign Signature

Did you know that you can personalize your NexOne Sign signature? You can make it your own by changing the fonts, adding your website, logos and more…

 

  1. Once you’ve created your signing session, you will be redirected to your new signing session page.

  2. Click on the settings icon as shown below

     

  3. Within the email signature, you can customize your signature’s font, color, size, images etc…

     

  4. Once you have finished personalizing your signature, click SUBMIT

     

Your Signature has been successfully saved

 

5. You can close this window and the information will be saved as your default signature when sending out your NexOne Signing sessions.

 

6. At any time, you can make changes by selecting the settings icon as shown in step 1.
